Support India's Craft Heritage
Every Contribution Helps Keep Craft Traditions Alive
For over four decades, Dastkar has worked alongside India's traditional artisans, creating opportunities that enable them to earn with dignity while preserving the country's rich craft heritage. Our work goes beyond marketing handmade products—we strengthen artisan livelihoods through skill development, design innovation, market access, capacity building, and sustainable income opportunities.Across rural and urban India, thousands of artisan families continue to practise crafts that have been passed down through generations. Your contribution helps ensure these traditions not only survive but thrive in today's changing world.
Whether it is supporting an artisan during times of hardship, enabling participation in craft exhibitions, conducting training programmes, preserving endangered crafts, or developing sustainable livelihood initiatives, every donation directly contributes to strengthening artisan communities.Your generosity empowers artisans to continue creating, preserving cultural heritage while building a more secure future for themselves and their families.Together, we can keep India's living craft traditions alive.
